Processing takes 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS. Shipping time is based on USPS and is not guaranteed by our company. You will receive an initial email confirming your order and a tracking email for confirmation of shipment.
In the event an order is returned due to the wrong address being provided on the customers end, there will be a reshipment fee or a refund can be provided to the customer less the original shipping fee.
If you choose the First Class Shipping option, it is NOT covered with insurance. We will not send new merchandise nor refund you if the package shows delivered on our end. Please choose the Priority shipping option to ensure your order is covered by the $50 insurance provided by USPS.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the item(s) less the shipping fee. The item must be in the original packaging, unworn, unaltered, and free of pet hair/odors. If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item(s) and we will address the concern accordingly.
